"The hotel was excellent! We arrived early, and our rooms were ready, so we could check in early. The location could not be more perfect, close to everything. The reception staff were always very helpful. They also helped us with late check out at no extra charge. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but it was offered for 29euro per person for a single breakfast, and 20euro per person if we were to take breakfast for the entire stay. A good shower is very important to us, and the shower was very good, strong flow, good temperature control, no pool of water on the floor after each shower. I would definitely recommend it and come back. "

"I really loved this hotel! I would recommend it to everyone staying in Vienna. It was in a perfect location and walkable to the main shopping area. The restaurants were also close by and next door was the famous Central Cafe. The staff is fantastic. The hotel was very quiet and their breakfast was really good. Would stay there again when I visit again."

"The hotel is elegant, the staff are unfailingly helpful and "correct," the (genuine, French) champagne breakfast buffet is luxurious. The room was very comfortable with the amenities of bathrobes and sippers, plush towels, chocolates placed on the pillows in the evening, even, as it was Easter weekend, an Easter basket. The large, marble bathroom had both a cavernous European soaking rub and two-meter long shower. It is truly a five-star hotel, and, of course, with five-star pricing."
