Experience a unique vacation in this spacious villa with a large swimming pool and a dream garden, with family or friends, 5 minutes from the famous Lette Blanche beach, a stone's throw from Léon and its lake, in a preserved and very calm. All comfort awaits you, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, in a modern and warm setting. A place to live with good vibrations, where you will be welcomed with care.

Large living room with its very bright cathedral living room, open kitchen equipped with hobs, oven and microwave, dining room for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, one of which is upstairs with large dressing room, all equipped with a Queen size or king size bed. . Additional sleeping for a single bed is possible on the mezzanine. 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, 3 WCs with hand basins. The exterior will seduce you with a large garden with trees not overlooked and its 12-meter swimming pool, all lit at night guaranteeing you a dream vacation. A large barbecue on the terrace will allow you to make some nice grills, the large outdoor table can accommodate 10 people, the garden furniture and its large shade sail invite you to enjoy an aperitif, 2 indoor parking spaces with electric gate and 3 outdoor seats make your life easier. A beginner surfboard and a body board are available.
