On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Vidreres, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. Private: 600 m2 flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 18.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pergola, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 1 km. Cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Waterwolrd Lloret de mar 16 km, Marinland Blanes 24 km, Pueblo Medieval Tossa de mar 22 km, Girona 21 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and digital TV. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the resort.
