Das Haus wird kommerziell betreut und es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail. Die Küchenausstattung sollte mal überarbeitet werden. Ein Sonnenschirm wird nicht gestellt. Zu Beginn wurden wir von dem englisch sprechenden Eigentümer und dem deutsch sprechenden Hausverwalter warmherzig empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Küche verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sehr geräumig. Auch das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und der obere Flur sehr großzügig. In zwei Schlafzimmern funktionierte allerdings die Heizung nicht. Es gibt eine Dusche (hier funktionierte leider auch die Heizung nicht) und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Die zwei WC's sind separat. Es gibt zwei 3-Bett- und zwei 2-Bett-Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und einen Kamin für den sogar das Holz vorhanden ist. Ferner gibt es im Haus kostenfreies WLAN. Man muss allerdings bedenken, dass sämtliche Heizungen elektrisch funktionieren und sich das bei der Stromabrechnung nach dem Urlaub bemerkbar macht. € 70.- für die Endreinigung ist für die Größe des Hauses ein fairer Preis. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Das Skigebiet Spindlermühle ist 30 bis 35 Kilometer entfernt.
