« Nice place, clean and cozy, Classic "grandma's house" feel. It was very pleasant stargazing from the porch with sounds of the close by river. Morning walks around the river and streets were peaceful and we saw turkeys in the yard, herons at the water and all sorts of other birds.No pot holders in the kitchen nor paper towels/napkins so come prepared with your own or buy the 5 roll at the store down the street. »

« Arrived around 4pm, check in was at 2pm. She said our room wasn't ready yet. The entire motel was empty. Had to wait for "our" room was cleaned. Couldn't check in because the owner wasn't there. When we finally got a key, we left for a while. When we came back, there was no running water. They gave us a few 12 ounce bottles. Couldn't shower or flush the toilet. The next day, they moved us. The new room was good. The manager was friendly & apologetic. The first night we wanted to leave, but there...
