This 2 bedroom townhome at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina includes 2 bedrooms with pillow-top queen sized beds, and a fully-furnished living area with a pull-out sofa bed. This fully-equipped townhome features 2 bathrooms, 2 luxurious soaker tubs, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Bonus! The master bedroom is connected to its own private balcony.

This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. There are staff onsite at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina between 9am and 5pm PST for any issues that may occur.   
  
This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops.   
  
Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus Adventures by HIP (the number one whale watching company in Sooke!). You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort.   
  
Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities!  
  
Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. Extra parking is available for a fee of $10/day (plus applicable taxes) through the resort pay meter app.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle. Although there is public transportation available between Sooke and Victoria, it is very limited, and the nearest grocery store is a 25 to 30-minute walk away.  
  
Please note, long term stays will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $164+tax. We will send you a request for payment of this charge upon confirmation of your reservation.   
  
Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.  
  
Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.  
  
This property is pet-friendly, please let us know upon reservation if you are planning to bring a pet. Pet fees apply: $50/night per pet (plus applicable taxes). Should a pet arrive unexpected to this vacation rental, there will be a pet charge of $100/night (plus applicable taxes).

We had a great time staying in your townhouse in Sooke. It was close to town and close to all the beaches we wanted to visit. The town of Sooke has everything you need for groceries and has some amazing restaurants and breweries. The beaches we visited were amazing.We lucked out with the January weather and the four days we stayed were sunny. We will definitely come back to visit. Thank youMichelle

Being able to walk to the water and watch the sunrise and sunset was fantastic. We were in town for a wedding and had different ages with us and the house worked excellent for our needs. We will be back.

#### Beautiful townhouse!

This townhouse was perfect for the four of us. We all had the space we needed. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook allergy friendly food. Its an ideal location close to the ocean.

The 2 bed/2 bath was perfect, especially with one of the bedrooms on the main floor so my 87 yr old mom didnt have to climb the stairs. Lots of room to spread out and loved the 2 outdoor decks.

The full kitchen, washer/dryer and propane grill were appreciated and the location was convenient for exploring the beauty surrounding the area. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. There was coffee for our first morning and a little salt and pepper. The hot tub is located right beside this unit.

Overall good experience. Communication with booking agency was basically non existent. Emailed questions were never returned nor my first voice message. Had to rely on written instructions on website. No chance of early check-in as the email with door code was sent at exactly 4p day of arrival (we were freaking out that we may not have a place to stay since we arrived on a Sunday when the office is closed). The accommodations weren't the cleanest but after a wipe down, it was fine. Linen was limited but there was a washer/dryer available if needed. Overall a good option, just wasn't perfect.
