Enjoy upscale urban living in this beautifully styled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in The Vogue, a heritage building originally built in 1898 and thoughtfully restored in 2006\. This bright, 550 sq ft East-facing unit offers charming views of the heritage buildings along Government Street. Inside, you'll find a well-designed open-concept living and dining area with soaring 11-foot ceilings. A portable air conditioner is included for added comfort during warmer days. The modern kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances and granite countertop. A large island seats five, perfect for hosting and socializing! The bedroom features a king-size bed. The bathroom includes a shower-bath combo. For remote work needs, there is a dedicated workspace with a comfortable ergonomic chair. Additional amenities include in-suite laundry, a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note: This rental does not include underground parking. If bringing a vehicle, the guest would need to refer to paid street parking during their stay. The shower is too small and would benefit from a glass door vs a curtain. The bed is set up against the wall so you can only get in from one side.
