Located within the well-maintained and well-managed Escher building, this bright south-facing suite features stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the living room space with natural light. For guest occupancy, the suite has been converted from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom suite with the master bedroom/ensuite bathroom reserved for owner use only. Enjoy the comfort of the spacious kitchen and living areas that belong to a 2-bedroom unit whilst renting a 1-bedroom suite! The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to create culinary masterpieces with ease. Relax in the inviting living and dining area, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV and stylish wall art that exude a warm and elegant ambiance. A dedicated work desk in the kitchen area makes it convenient for those who need to work remotely. Enjoy meals in style at the artistic dining table, which seats eight—ideal for entertaining family and friends! The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and black out blinds. The bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combination. Included amenities feature in-suite washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a generous cable TV package and secure underground parking! Important Notes: CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T.
