Overall the room was as pictured, however the bathroom was tiny in the suite, especially since the 2 bed and kitchenette suite is advertised to accomodate 5 people. The lack of pictures of the bathroom was concerning, but we took the leap anyways. Due to the lack of airbnbs, it was difficult to find a place that can accomodate 5 people. The bathroom door almost hits the toilet bowl (which is straight on the wall across door ) when open. Its almost too small for even 1 individual to be in it comfortably. Almost no counter space and no drawers or shelfs to keep toileteries. Also there is no daily room cleaning, unless you request and schedule it; this is the first time I've experinced this at a hotel. Its an added inconvenience to actually remenber to do this as you're heading out for the day; we forget and didnt have our room cleaned over our 2 night stay. The room was not ready at checkin time (4pm), which is already very late! We had to wait an additional 30-45minutes to get our room and get settled.

Hallie at the front desk was so helpful and happy and kind. We were last minute, disorganized and needed extra attention more then once. She was so nice about everything and after a rough day solo with a small child it really made the stay to have someone be so genuinely nice to us. Shes the reason for the five star review.

As it is located behind a nightclub, the sound was hard to prove when a live band was on at night. However, I am satisfied with the room suppliers and the cleanliness that is offered. Can't compliant with the convenience location for a short stay.

My family loved this hotel! The location was perfect with my restaurants, unique stores and convenience store right around the corner. We were thrilled to find a washer and dryer that was quick as well! Not once did we ever feel unsafe in Canada! Thanks!!
