This 2 bedroom townhome at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina includes 2 bedrooms with pillow-top queen sized beds, and a fully-furnished living area with a pull-out sofa bed. This fully-equipped townhome features 2 bathrooms, 2 luxurious soaker tubs, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Bonus! The primary bedroom is connected to its own private balcony, offering stunning views of the marina and gorgeous Sooke Basin.

This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. There are staff onsite at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina between 9am and 5pm PST for any issues that may occur.   
  
This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops.   
  
Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus whale watching tours. You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort.   
  
Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities!  
  
Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. Extra parking is available for a fee of $10/day (plus applicable taxes) through the resort pay meter app.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle. Although there is public transportation available between Sooke and Victoria, it is very limited, and the nearest grocery store is a 25 to 30-minute walk away.  
  
Please note, long term stays will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $164+tax. We will send you a request for payment of this charge upon confirmation of your reservation.   
  
Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.  
  
Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.  
  
This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package.

The place was very clean, had a very full and functional kitchen, which we used to have a couple dinners together. Plenty of space, comfortable and clean bedding and 2 bathrooms! We booked this place for our weekend trip to spend some family time together as some of us were running the Victoria Marathon as well. I'd highly recommend to other runners in the future if you don't mind driving in for about 45 minutes. The hot tub was also a really nice addition to relax and warm up again after the run and it was all very clean and comfortable. All the information about the place, rules, check in and check out were very clear. The views were also great!

The two bedroom Sooke townhouse is lovely and overlooks the marina and Sooke harbor. I would recommend it however the management does not reply to any messages and the system is complicated because I booked through Expedia, but then was redirected to VRBO and two other websites to complete all the transactions and make payments. It felt unnecessarily convoluted. Also, the ad states that there’s a hottub, but doesn’t include pictures or info so I thought it was a mistake…. Didn’t bring a bathing suit… there is a community hottub, and it’s really hot!!

#### Great townhouse in Sooke!

Great townhouse right on the water in Sooke. Excellent location close to downtown with easy access into Victoria. Clean and comfortable with an effortless check-in process. Great place for a couple or a small family.
