Guests enjoy exclusive access to Greenglade’s private wooded trails in the summertime and close proximity to groomed sled and X-Country ski trails in winter. Ideal for families, large open yard for parking and playing games. GAMES ROOM with pool/snooker table and vintage board games, extensive library of books for all ages to use during your stay. Initial supply of FIREWOOD is FREE delivered to the door (approx 12 cubic feet). Refills of 12 cubic feet for $35, an excellent value compared to $12 for a 3/4 cubic ft bundle at the grocery store (6 pieces you will burn through in no time!). Propane BBQ, complementary propane.

**FALL/WINTER/SPRING INFO** Victoria Beach is a haven for WINTER SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS. Miles & miles of groomed snowmobile trails are accessible directly off the cabin's driveway, no trailering required! You can’t beat the access for sledding and ice fishing on Lake Winnipeg only 500 meters from the cabin. Groomed X-Country ski trails are only ½ KM down the road and are accessible by either driving or simply skiing through a forested shortcut. The outdoor skating rink and toboggan hill are there as well. Local weekend curling bonspiels (ask us & plan ahead), fishing derbies and the annual New Year’s Eve festival with tobogganing, outdoor campfires, music & fireworks. Come home to the warmth of a rustic cedar cabin with all of the modern conveniences of home, fully stocked kitchen and cozy wood burning fireplace. Pool table, vintage board games, books & beverage fridge on lower level. Plenty of snow cleared parking in the yard that accommodates sled trailers with exterior electrical for plugging in block heaters is complimentary. **SUMMER INFO** Enjoy VB community amenities of hiking & biking on a network of community trails, swimming, boating, sailing, golf, tennis, pickle ball, baseball diamond, Saturday farmer's markets, restaurants, country grocers, bakery and more. See “Neighborhood Description” in the Location section of the listing for distances to activities & local amenities. Our cabin is NOT in the Vehicle Restricted Area (VRA). NO LONG HIKES with luggage, kids & gear, and NO PARKING FEES OR EXPENSIVE TAXI CAB RIDES! FUN FACT: Our cabin is as close to the VB Village Green as over half of the cottages in the VRA, except at our place you don’t hear your neighbor sneezing next door, you have the freedom to drive places, and close access to all of the rest of the fabulous white sand beaches & amenities of Victoria Beach that are difficult to get to if you were staying in the VRA. Our guests are treated to a COMPLEMENTARY PARKING PASS for the Victoria Beach parking lot (July/Aug) which is great for families with small children or accessibility needs that require you to easily get closer to the VRA. The cabin has a small fleet of “beach bikes” in youth to adult sizes you can use for FREE. The bikes are basic, some are single gear, use at your own risk. A pump and basic tools to raise/lower seats is provided. Bring your own bike if you prefer something better or need the ease of performance features. There is room to store bikes in the yard or veranda. YOU MUST BRING AND USE YOUR OWN SAFETY HELMUTS. Helmuts are mandatory for children under 18 in the RM of Victoria Beach. If you are bringing a BOAT OR WATERCRAFT, Greenglade is THE PLACE to be with loads of parking space, easy access to boat launches, groceries, gas, liquor and restaurant dining.
