Balcony with sea views. Accommodates up to five people, one double bed and one family bunk bed, double bed underneath with a single on top. Open plan lounge and dine. Television and electric heater. Kitchen is fully self-contained with microwave. Bathroom and laundry combined with shower over the bath, toilet and washing machine. Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations. Off street parking for one vehicle. Non Smoking. No Wifi at the property Pets are not permitted. (Penalties will apply if pet policy is breached.) Please note this property Does NOT Include Linen. Nov 1, 2018 #### Very bad experience We, Diana and Alan Dan, have rented an Apartment in Victor Harbor during this month from 01 to 31 October with LJ Hooker in Victor Harbor, South Australia. Reservation ID: HA-F94QLH Property ID: 7122403 We had the intention of having some holiday and rest while the renovations were starting on our new house, which we have bought in Goolwa, South Australia, this month, but it didn't happen. The apartment looks like it never has been updated from the 60's. On the first day, we arrived at the apartment, we couldn't even relax sitting down on the sofas because they are so old. Our first night in the bed was really uncomfortable, bad smell of the mattress, no firmness, and not clean, we constantly rolled to the centre. After a couple nights we woke up with a very bad back pain for sleeping on this decrepit mattress and we decided that it was better having all the dust and mess of a house in building works than to sleep again in this rented apartment. I have attached some photos. As guests of HomeAway services, we feel upset and like fooled or deceived. We have lost our money in a holiday apartment which is not comfortable and we were not able to use the flat as we intended. ##### Diana & Alan D.
