Large balcony with outdoor setting, alfresco umbrella and BBQ. Modern throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plumbed water filter. Dining and living area with Flat Screen TV with Chromecast, Blue-ray DVD player, bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charger and reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans in kitchen and living areas. One queen bedroom upstairs with iPod dock, wireless phone charger and ceiling fan. Bathroom upstairs with shower, toilet and vanity Downstairs features the main bedroom with sea views, King bed, flat screen TV, ipod dock. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Lovely courtyard at the rear with outdoor setting and a remote controlled double lock up enclosed carport and small lawn garden. Garage door is 2m in height. No Wifi at the property Pets are not permitted. (Penalties will apply if pet policy is breached.)
