Welcome to your seaside sanctuary on Flinders Parade, Victor Harbor! Nestled along the picturesque coastline of the South coast, this holiday rental apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and breathtaking views of the ocean.  
  
Step into your coastal retreat and be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with contemporary furnishings and décor. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, framing panoramic vistas of the shimmering waters beyond.  
The apartment boasts three inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite featuring a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Additional guests will find comfort in the queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two single beds in another, all serviced by a well-appointed family bathroom.  
  
If you are travelling with the kids or just enjoy cooking, you will find meal preparation a breeze in the sleek and fully equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and ample bench space. Then, gather with loved ones in the dining area or step out onto the expansive balcony to dine al fresco while savoring the salty sea breeze.   
When it\`s time to explore, you\`ll find yourself just moments away from an array of attractions and amenities. Wander down to the nearby shops and cafes for a taste of local cuisine, or take a leisurely stroll past the playground to the Granite Island causeway where you can hop aboard the iconic horse-drawn tram for a charming ride over to the island for a coffee or an icecream at the cafe there or a 20 min walk around the island itself.

\*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please note this apartment is strictly NON smoking. you cannot smoke or vape on the balcony either. Please do not book this apartment if you are a smoker. A $200 fine will apply for non compliance.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.   
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.   
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
