Ok stay
Ok hotel for the purpose I stayed for, and the front desk was really nice. The main complaint I have is the bed was hard and felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I need a massage once I get home

Sore back and neck
Room was good. All aspects of the stay was fine except the bed and pillows. The bed was hard and the pillows seemed to be that 10yr old hard stiff foam. My husband likes a firm bed but it was to much even for him.

You get what you pay for. It is adequate for a niggts sleep, the beds were really comfy. There are a lot of long term ppl staying here so it gets a bit busy when eveyone got off work, there are a lot of men who stand on the balconies after work in their shorts watching everything going on. This property did not have the ac om at all and the room was terribly hot inside on a 105 degree day, after 4 hrs the 3 rooms we rented were still so hit we were sweating just sitting in them, the AC are not well kept and barely blow air, we went to walmart and git fans to help, this could have been an excluded cost for us if the property would have left the AC at least on low, this place filled up so it should have been expected theyd get ppl in them, we were very disappointed overall with the hotel and i absolutely would not recommend it.

Booked 2 rooms—one was great but one was bad. The bad room was suppose to be nonsmoking but it had strong odor of cigarettes and furniture had cigarette burns on them. We kept the good room but part of the family had to relocate to another hotel

We rented 2 rooms—the room with the king size bed was great, but the room with 2 queen beds was awful. The room with 2 queen beds was suppose to be a non-smoking room but had strong cigarette smell along with cigarette burns on the furniture. We asked to change to another non-smoking room with 2 queen beds but they did not have anymore available. After the hotel staff cam and examined the room, they apologized, put a sign on the door of Out of Order, and agreed for part of our family to relocate to the Howard Johnson hotel next to the Rodeway Inn. Our family ended up being split up between 2 hotels

Bed and room were fine, and we enjoyed all the current and famous movies available on the cable TV. Wifi didn't work for squat in our room. Desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was only coffee and granola bars, so that was a bit disappointing.

How does thos place have a high rating?
Took almost 30 minutes to get checked due to server being down. Very little paper (good thing I carry my own), towels were foul smelling (didn't use), and definitely don't count on breakfast unless you want nuts and coffee grounds in boiling water. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

I was disappointed with the advertised breakfast -- but only got a cup of coffee and granola bar... lame. Nice otherwise but they shouldn't advertise breakfast... and you can't blame it on covid anymore... Other hotels are back to offering nice breakfasts... Someone should have them take off the breakfast on their amenities unless they do a real breakfast offering.

Staff was extremely friendly. The facilities were well worn and could benefit from some maintenance. There is no breakfast included. They need to add water to the vending machines. It was still a good value for the price and I would not be opposed to staying there again.

The front desk people were so nice. She put us in a handicap accessible room, which is needed but often unavailable. It was clean and recently remodeled. Although an older property, it was a great overnight stay. We would stay there again.

No breakfast, dirty washrags, smell in the room.
I booked because Hotels.com said it had breakfast. Upon arrival, i was told it is only coffee and Granola bars, they do not offer Breakfast anymore. We got to the room and there was a smell of them teying to cover up the smoke smell. My wife went to clean up before dinner anf the first washcloth was very dirty, looked used. There was some porcelin missing from the tub, and paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, and the one pod of coffer in the room with the small pot was only enough coffee to color the water light brown, less than tea.
