Room was decent. Rooms looked to be recently upgraded. New frig. and microwave along with TVs. Bathrooms in both rooms we stayed were not the best. Ceiling falling in on both bathrooms with mold (water damage in both bathrooms). Tub not great either in one room. Whole place is being redone. Main lobby not upgraded yet. Large potholes at main entrance. Lights went out around 10 due to transformer blowing out, lights back on in a couple of hours.

Worst was the dead bug under the mattress but it was too big to be a bedbug and the same type of bug as the dead one in the bathroom so we decided to stay. The room had been repainted nicely but the floor had many paint spots and there was still tape on the ceiling. There was a trail of spilled paint all the way along the balcony and down the stairs to the parking lot where the paint can had been dumped out. )-:

Checked in on Friday. Gave us room 119 we walked in and first thing i noticed was trash in the restroom and the toilet hadnt been scrubed. I told the front desk, moved us to room 117. Im a housekeeper for vacation rentals, the sheets had yellow stains on all of them, there was cracks and mold on almost all of the baseboards. There was hair all over the shower and restroom. The towels were old and dirty, had hair stuck on them. The lobby needs ALOT of attention, carpet is old and dirty. I have stayed at plenty Motel 6 before and this has been the only one that is in very poor condition and not clean at all. My daughter had roaches on her while she slept. At one point they wanted to sleep in the truck. Booked for 3 nights. Couldnt cancel my booking as it was payed for since booking and i knew i wouldnt get my money back to move to another place. I go into town one weekend every 60 days. Wont be staying here again.

Black mold and falling apart
This motel needs a complete makeover and deep and thorough clean! The rooms are falling apart, the bathroom had black mold around the edges, no toilet paper holder, the wall hanger was only attached at one side, there was a hole in the wall stuffed with brown Kraft paper and the smell inside this room was stagnant and strange. The sheets appeared clean, but the bed box cover was questionable, and needed to be changed. The a/c unit did not work very well and was filled with black mold in and around the vents, which is probably the cause of the gross smell in the room. This room was straight above the check-in desk attached to the lobby. The stairs which had some carpet, but was exposed wood in others, was covered in dirt and mud. I don’t understand how the owners, managers, or staff are ok with renting out any rooms in this motel.

First time stay at a Motel 6.
The room was clean the shower was clean even though the water massage shower head was broken and I was not able to change the water setting. My room even though it was clean had the smell of being old. This hotel is plane and simply old. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It is in a great location so building it new wil attract more people to stay.

I have been to motel sixes in New Mexico, Colorado, Maine, Wyoming, Oklahoma. The room smells like pot, cigarettes, tobacco, stains down the walls. The pictures they take are not accurate. I’ve taken pictures just in case management tries to charge me for damage. it tobacco tar on the wall. There are holes all kinds of nail holes in the walls. The paint is literally peeling off the ceiling above the showerhead. The tub is moldy and gross black mold. The luggage rack is broken. The lock is missing from the door. The floor is torn up even though it’s wood looking linoleum Cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Something gross and brown on the cold water faucet. Obviously you get what you pay for but I have never ever seen a Motel 6 in this bad of shape last I knew Motel 6 corporate had standards. Perhaps they’ve been bought by a foreign entity that doesn’t give a poop and just makes money out of the hotel. The front desk lady was very nice. The parking lot is very well lit up . But all the walls and I mean all the walls have tobacco yellow stains on them. I have done maintenance and lived in two historic hotels one New Mexico one in Colorado both over 100 years old that were in better shape than this. Literally I’ve taken about 10 pictures of the place the sheets are clean no bedbugs air conditioner is moldy curtain rod is falling off shower curtain in the bathroom. Bathroom curtain is ancient and moldy. Tatted on the bottom.
