"The house is old and certainly not perfect, but it is a beautiful house where you can feel very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for two weeks with our family (two adults, three teenage children). It is very centrally located and has four bedrooms. From the roof balcony you can have a great view of the village and the surrounding hills. "My review is difficult as we arrived to be told that a computer malfunction meant that our 2 rooms were occupied. We agreed to move to another hostel, it was good. They should have notified us before. Also payment has been taken out and paid back 4 times now, incurringinternational currency charges each time. I have requested an explanation, but no answer so far. They need to work on their communication."

"Cute little place. Undergoing some renovations at the moment but is still a good place to stop while visiting the northern part of Portugal's Alentejo coast; promises to be even better once the pool is ready! The lady at the check-in desk was very helpful and took a lot of pride in her job. Would stay here again."
