The estate features a private fenced garden spanning 2,500 square meters and includes a swimming pool measuring 6 by 4 meters with a depth of 140 centimeters, available seasonally from May 2nd through September 26th. An outdoor shower, garden furniture, and barbecue facilities enhance the outdoor experience in the generous yard area. The upper floor houses one double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and one additional room with 2 beds featuring air conditioning and forced-air heating.
