It features a spacious and bright living area, including a cozy lounge with sofa and TV and a convivial dining area, ideal for spending time with family or friends. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, oven, microwave, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet. The washing machine is discreetly installed under the staircase for added convenience. The villa offers two comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a trundle bed (160 × 190 cm), one bedroom upstairs, with a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort in every season. Outside, enjoy a large, well-exposed terrace fitted with a retractable awning, outdoor dining furniture, and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments under the Mediterranean sun. The property includes one parking space within the residence. A free parking area nearby is also available if needed. The beach and the main shopping street are both accessible on foot, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moments. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property for key handover and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay. 👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service, ideal for traveling light with a young child. \## Access The accommodation has a parking space within the gated residence ‘Les Ondines’. For other vehicles, free parking is available opposite the residence. \## Interaction Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to explore via pleasant discovery trails, ideal for holidays in Occitania. This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline. The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. Many water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighbourhood The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service, ideal for traveling light with a young child. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT. Cleaning is compulsory in July and August. Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking. Groups of young people are not accepted.
