Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car. You will enjoy a large 25 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a 75 m² private garden, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility. For refreshing moments, a private swimming pool measuring 2.5 × 4 m with a depth of 1.30 m is at your disposal. The pool is not heated and is accessible from early April. The pool area is fitted with synthetic grass, sun loungers, and a Weber charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining area, equipped with a sofa bed, a television, a large dining table, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, creating a welcoming space for family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric grater, refrigerator, and all the necessary cooking equipment. A bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub and toilet, offering added daily comfort. Upstairs, the property features two comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed. 👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The house is located in a quiet street. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 120 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
