With 100 m² of living space, a large 200 m² garden with no overlooking neighbours and tasteful décor, it has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor: \- A cosy bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) \- A modern bathroom with shower \- Separate toilet \- A large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, spacious lounge, air conditioning, WiFi and TV Upstairs, an open mezzanine has a double bed (140 cm) and space for an extra bed. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with garden furniture and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing away from prying eyes. The bonus: you can park directly on the property or right in front of the house. Perfectly located for strolling around the market, heading to the beach or exploring the region, this house is the ideal starting point for your holiday in Vias. \## Access You can park one car on the plot. For additional cars, parking is available on the street, all free of charge and easy to find. \## Interaction Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to explore via pleasant discovery trails, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline. The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighbourhood The accommodation is located on a quiet residential street. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is located 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €70 including VAT. Cleaning is mandatory in July and August. Payment for cleaning is due on site if not included in the booking. Groups of young people are not accepted.
