It features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning and Wi-Fi for a pleasant stay. The kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, includes a shower, washbasin, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate, for added daily comfort. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each fitted with a 140 cm double bed, duvets, and pillows, offering cozy and comfortable resting spaces. 👉 One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor. A mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two single bunk beds, ideal for children. Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace, pleasantly oriented to the north-west. It is furnished with outdoor seating, an electric barbecue, a retractable awning, and deck chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The property includes one parking space within the residence. A free public parking area nearby is also available if additional parking is needed. The beach and the main shopping street of Vias-Plage are both accessible on foot, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moments. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property for key handover and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay. \## Access The flat has 1 private parking space at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate. \## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
