Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy a car-free holiday. The apartment features a spacious and bright living area, fully open onto the fenced private garden. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, a RAPIDO sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a convivial dining table, a TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, creating the perfect space to relax and spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Cookeo, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms, both air-conditioned and equipped with a TV: one bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed. 👉 All beds are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate and include a washing machine, adding extra convenience during your stay. Outside, you will enjoy a large 300 m² private garden, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, as well as a west-facing terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. An electric barbecue is also available for convivial evenings. A second private parking space is also adjacent to the property. \## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie. This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday. The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline. Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. \## Neighborhood The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is entirely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.v \## Transit By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. \## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted.
