Ground floor: Large living room with through-light and kitchen area (fridge-freezer, induction hob + extractor fan, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher), dining table (4 chairs), lounge with HD TV, desk, 3-seater sofa, direct access to terrace. Separate WC. First floor: One bedroom (double bed 140x190) with TV and storage shelves, one bedroom (double bed 140x190), also with TV and storage shelves, shower room (shower, WC, washbasin, electric towel rail, hairdryer) Outside: South-west-facing, tiled terrace with garden furniture (sofa and coffee table), patio furniture (1 table, 4 chairs), awning, plancha barbecue. The swimming pool is not heated and is open from early June to late September (10am to 8pm). 1 private parking space. Pets allowed (terrace closed). WiFi connection (fibre).
