Pessima esperienza

Nella camera l’odore di fumo era davvero nauseante nonostante fosse una camera non fumatori. Le prese elettriche rotte e pericolose. Il condizionatore non era funzionante nonostante nella prenotazione fosse segnato come confort disponibile.

Cordialità viareggina al centro della città.

La struttura soddisfa i requisiti di un hotel 3 stelle sebbene , considerato il periodo, le tariffe risultano molto competitive. Degne di nota la squisita cordialità e disponibilità del personale e una ricca colazione disponibile a 5 euro.

Personale disponibile ed affabile; sul resto accorre un po' adattarsi. Buona la posizione, direi strategica; sul confort delle camere forse ci si poteva attendere un po di più.

slitet hotell med bra läge

Ett slitet hotell där flera delar var trasiga eller med dålig funktion. Rummet stämde inte med det jag beställde och då tjänstgörande personal enbart talade italienska var det inte lönt att klaga. Våra pass blev liggande i en obemannad reception. Hotellet har dock bra läge nära strandpromenad men är inte prisvärt.

Hotel Villa Adriana non di nostro gradimento

Innanzitutto trovo scorretto che in prenotazione sia scritto letto matrimoniale e all'arrivo mi ritrovo con una sistemazione economica chiamata letto alla francese, e per avere un letto all'italiana versare altri 15€. Detto questo, il soffitto ha una macchia di muffa (non ho pensato di fare una foto) il bagno non ha appoggi per sistemare i vari prodotti (sia sul lavandino sia in doccia) e il coperchio del water è di carta velina, nel senso che hanno messo un sedile e coperchio di plastica molto leggera e nemmeno della sua misura. Una volta seduti, ti si smonta e rimani sulla ceramica. 110€ o giù di lì, non lì valgono assolutamente. .

Хорошее место. До пляжа 3 минуты пешком. Напротив парк. Рядом есть вкусные ресторанчики и бары. Если идти на пляж по правой стjроне и, как выйти на набережную, перед пляжами, сразу повернуть направо то там супермаркет Conord. Завтрак я в отеле не брала. По моей просьбе мне дали старенький утюг в день заезда. Я смогла погладить вещи. Утюг правда рассыпается но, работает. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Полотенец много в одноместном номере! Есть небольшой холодильник. Но, не помешал бы чайник. Номер скромный но, все необходимое и, фен в том числе, есть. Вот чайник бы еще... Бронировала отель за сутки до заезда. На три ночи. Он был самый дешевый из свободных. Думала будет очень плохо. Оказалось хорошо! Вот чайник бы еще в номер...

si salvano solo la facciata e l'ingresso

Male malissimo, purtroppo. Le persone che lo gestiscono sono molto cordiali, ma la camera che ci hanno dato è stata al limite dell'accettabile. Non siamo andati via soltanto perchè in occasione del concerto dei rolling stones sarebbe stato impossibile trovare altra sistemazione. La struttura è economica, ma questo non vuol dire dover dormire in una stanza che puzza di muffa, con letti e lenzuola umide e soffitti con alcune ragnatele e aloni di vecchie muffe. Senza aggiungere che il lavandino perdeva acqua e dopo averlo fatto notare in reception non è cambiato nulla. Abbiamo usato asciugamani per tappare la perdita dello scarico. Quasi passabile la colazione, le brioche congelate dovrebbe esser servite almeno completamente cotte e lievitate... La posizione è ottima, la struttura grande ma sicuramente le stanze sono da riammordenare e pulire da cima a fondo!

This friendly hotel is good value and well placed opposite the central park, at walking distance from the station (regular trains to Pisa Centrale) and the sea promenade with its range of cafés.

Some lovely staff, old and past it hotel

Lovely lady (Lucia?) and her husband who seem to part run the hotel and nice area. However everything else about hotel is very tired and not worth the money. So many things broken or not working in the 'superior' room we upgraded to including the sink, the toilet seat and the curtains. I would not come again, much as it was lovely to meet Lucia who was very hospitable.
