The property is located in a quiet area in the heart of the center of Viareggio, a few minutes walk from the seafront, the Pineta di Ponente, the market and other attractions of the centre. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The interior space is composed as follows: \- BEDROOM 1 (in the attic) with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and split A/C; \- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony; \- LIVING ROOM with sofa and table with chairs; \- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, oven, wine glasses (6); \- BATHROOM complete with shower sink, bidet and toilet; \- BALCONY (accessible only from bedroom 2) with retractable curtain, table and chairs; FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI soap, independent boiler heating, air conditioning via split (ONLY in the two bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hot water, drying rack.
