Luxurious villa with private pool located near Trecastagni, a small town on the south-eastern slope of Etna, just 20 km from Catania. The dwelling enjoys a practical location that allows you to discover in a few kilometers the Park with its extraordinary natural scenery and the Etna Wine Route - perfect itineraries to learn about this area of extreme beauty rich in traditions and excellent food and wine - and to reach the most fascinating places in south-eastern Sicily, such as Taormina, Catania, Syracuse and Ragusa. This marvelous residence offers absolute comfort in refined and elegant rooms furnished with particular care.   
  
Independent villa sleeping 6 + 1 (240 m2)   
Characterized by a modern architecture offset on two levels downwards, Villa Etna hosts on the ground floor a warm and welcoming living area composed of a living room, a dining room and a well-equipped masonry kitchen. From the living room a large staircase leads to the sleeping area, where between splendid fabrics and modern design pieces there are three splendid bedrooms with private bathrooms, a passage room with a sofa bed and a bright living room. The spacious and comfortable interiors are joined by a well-equipped covered terrace, a large garden with lawn and a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace, perfect for spending pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors.
