"Great B&B close to the heart of Rome."
While I thought I was booking into a larger hotel, this is actually a bottle a 10-12 unit B&B. However, the neighborhood was on a quiet street, it was close to major Rome attractions, the staff were super helpful, breakfasts were very well done, rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable. The only thing we had an issue with was after arriving at 1:00 AM on a Sunday morning, we were awakened by a very loud church service in the same building when we were trying to get some sleep. Other than that, a great experience and I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely polite. My room had a spectacular view and was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic as was the nightly piano music.

"Lovely Birthday Trip!"
I booked this hotel for a special birthday and they could not have made us feel more welcome! The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful (we forgot a travel adapter and they sorted us one out in no time and had it brought to the room!) and gave great recommendations on local restaurants for dinner. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Borghese Gardens - I think we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Junior Suite. They even set up a cake and a bottle of fizz in the room for when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel is in a really nice location next to the Villa Borghese Gardens - there are loads of great restaurants nearby, and it's only a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. If you plan on going further afield you can walk to the nearest Metro station (we used Barberini) and get to the Vatican in 3/4 stops and the Termini Station is about the same distance in the other direction. The hotel isn't in the centre, but we liked that it was away from the main tourist traps and it was still easy to get everywhere! Probably would be better for those that don't mind a bit of walking/taking public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

"Great trip to Rome"
This is a very nice hotel and I really cannot say enough about the staff. The room was very clean and smelt nice. Breakfast was good and served at the exact time you ordered it. Beds were comfortable and the room had its own air conditioning, a perfect place for rest after a day of walking in the sun. The shower was small, to match the bathroom, but I guess that's how it is in the old city. Very safe area; the American embassy if across the street with police on 24/7. On our way there, Air Canada lost our bag. They haven't delivered it for two and half days, but we didn't even notice because Luca and Monica took care of calling and dealing with the situation while we were out; we didn't have to waste one second on the phone with A.C.'s "representatives" in Italy. It was a beautiful stay all around, would deferentially go back.

"Great location. Beautiful room."
Only a 15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon and a mutitude of bars, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes away from the stunning Bourghese villa gardens. Food market less than 2 minutes away. Hotel is across the road from 2 banks, a pharmacy and several bars and restaurants. Very large and attractive room with a beautiful bathroom and balcony overlooking Via Veneto. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Great shower, didn't use the bath. Prompt and efficient room service with plenty of toiletries, towels, spare sheets etc. Multi-lingual staff. Room service offers lovely meals despite being quite pricey. It's easy to find the same quality dining for less in Rome. Picnic packs and healthy option 'superfood' meals available for the health conscious. Also gym kits available for delivery to your room for just €5. Beautiful lobby and bar area with free wi-fi. The concierge team dealt with all of my enquiries with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them. Only negatives we experienced were a couple of standoffish/rude members of staff. We would definitely stay again.

Pocket Guide: Via Veneto, Rome Pet-friendly Hotels

Made famous by 'La Dolce Vita' film in 1960, the Via Veneto is going through a glamorous renaissance. Bars, restaurants, chic hotels and boutiques all vie for attention in the street which coined the expression 'paparazzo' – the surname of the photojournalist in the film. Nearby, the Spanish Steps are the place for lovers' trysts, shopping, and honing the Italian art of 'dolce far niente' – idling and people-watching.
