"Nice and clean property,located close to few restaurants.Staff are very helpful.Bed was comfortable,slept well.Lovely view of the mountains from our balcony.Train station is about 10 min away by taxi,so it was convenient for our morning train.We got a lift from one of the staff,so that was really appreciated.Would recommend 100%"

"It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

The meals are quite good and the service is good. evening meal was offered for Eu22 a day for 2 courses (may be 3 courses), but you can buy the dishes separately from the A la Carte menu and is not too expensive if you eat two courses only, as the portion size is quite good. "The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...
