Property Summary  
Comfortable chalet "Crettamour" is a three-story property built in 1970 and renovated in 2007, surrounded by meadows. The chalet offers amenities such as a yard, Internet Wi-Fi, parking, and a tennis court within a short distance. It is situated in the resort area of Veysonnaz, Switzerland, approximately 600 meters from the center of Veysonnaz Station, enjoying a quiet and sunny position on a slope. The chalet accommodates a vacation rental with private, natural state property. (just an example)  
  
Outdoors  
The chalet's location offers a stunning natural setting, surrounded by meadows and a slope. While the motor access is very steep, reaching up to 100 meters from the house, a 100-meter footpath leads to the property. During winter, visitors are advised to use snow chains for the motor access. The property features a private, natural state property, providing a serene outdoor experience.  
  
Other Information  
Nearby amenities include a grocery store 450 meters away, a restaurant at 400 meters, a bakery within 550 meters, and a bus stop ("Arrêt La Terrasse Veysonnaz") conveniently located 350 meters from the chalet. Additionally, an indoor swimming pool is situated 500 meters away. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

You will stay in a 5-room chalet that spans across three levels and covers an area of 170 square meters. The chalet is tastefully furnished and features an entrance hall, a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and a DVD player, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and additional Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. You'll also find a raclette grill and a fondue set (cheese) in the kitchen. On the same level, there is a shower and a toilet. The lower ground floor houses two rooms, each with two beds, and another room with a French bed. This floor also has a bathroom with a toilet. The upper floor features one room with two beds, a balcony with a north-facing position, and a large terrace with a west-facing position.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. You will have access to terrace furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining and grilling. The chalet boasts stunning views of the mountains and the valley. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, and reserved parking for two cars is located just 50 meters away. Please note that the chalet is a non-smoking property.

The chalet is a perfect choice for a group vacation, with a maximum capacity of 8 people and four bedrooms. It is important to note that the property allows a maximum of two well-behaved dogs.
