Perfect place to unwind. Our grandparents fell in love with Lake Annecy and, Veyrier du Lac in particular, over 25 years ago and it soon became a regular spot for family holidays. Our parents were in a fortunate position to purchase La Chaumine a few years after they first visited Annecy - and it has been a very special part of our family ever since then. The house has been designed with family in mind and, as a result, it is far more homely and hospitable than your typical holiday home. In this sense it has an authenticity to it and, as a consequence, it is a very calm space in which to unwind and catch up with family & friends. The house is full of timeless pieces of furniture and homeware from all over the world, which add interest and warmth to the space.
