Charming holiday home in Amtoft, combining modern comforts with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The holiday home in Thy, was built in 1982 and recently renovated in 2025. The holiday home covers a spacious area of 92 square meters and is surrounded by a fenced plot of 2000 square meters, providing a private and safe oasis for both children and pets. There is room for up to 6 people, making it ideal for both small and larger groups.  
  
  
  
The house is located only 400 meters from the water, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches and water activities within a short walk. The inviting enclosed terrace and the open terrace are perfect for outdoor relaxation, where you can enjoy the Danish weather, grill delicious meals, or simply relax with a good book. For those who want a little extra pampering, there is a wilderness bath that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure.  
  
  
  
Inside you will find a bright and inviting living room, equipped with a wood pellet stove, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. There is also a heat pump and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate year-round. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large 68 litre fridge-freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.  
  
  
  
The house has a total of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, providing spacious and comfortable sleeping accommodation for all guests. There is one bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and toilet. For entertainment, there are two televisions offering both Danish and German TV, as well as a DVD player and radio to enjoy your favorite programs and music.  
  
  
  
With wireless internet and satellite, you always have the opportunity to stay in touch with the outside world if you wish. Outside, there is also a fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, where you can gather friends and family around the fire.
