très grand appartement ( 60 m2) parfaitement équipé. bon lit, bonne climatisation. jolie petite vue sur le ponte pietra. excellent emplacement dans un quartier calme.( Arènes a 15 mn à pied) parking sur place (réserver) le propriétaire , tres sympathique, se coupe en quatre pour vous servir. il vous sert le matin un excellent petit déjeuner, chose plutôt rare dans ce type d'hébergement. accès facile en voiture. si nous revenons à Vérone, c'est la que nous reviendrons.

Charmant relais face au Ponte Pietra Suite junior impeccable, confortable avec grande salle de bain . Se situe près du Teatro Romano.Accueil chaleureux, Excellent déjeuner, merci à Michaela et ses bons plats. On peut visiter facilement la ville à pied et revenir se reposer dans la tranquillité.

Hôtel de bonne qualité mais.....
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Relais a Ponte Piétra. Rien à dire sur l'accueil et l'hôtel de bonne qualité. Nous avons pu disposer d'un stationnement dans l'hôtel (10 euros par jour) très appréciable.En revanche, et nous nous en sommes aperçu en partant que l'hôtel est dans un ZTL avec des radars de détection des véhicules afin de limiter les accès au centre-ville. EXPEDIA ne le précise pas sur l'annonce, ni pour l'hôtel de Bergame aussi réservé pour ce séjour, ce qui est anormal. Il y a un réel défaut d'information d'EXPEDIA. Le patron de l'hôtel ne nous a rien dit non plus.Cela aussi c'est anormal. Nous avons certainement été flashés et allons recevoir deux amendes (entrée/sortie de minimum 100 euros. A Bergame, même configuration, sauf que la responsable e l'hôtel nous avait prévenu. Elle a transmis le numéro de la plaque minéralogique de notre véhicule aux services de police pour ne pas avoir d'amende. Nous avons donc transmis un SMS et un mail à l'hôtel Ponte Piétra, avec le numéro de plaque d'immatriculation, pour demander d'intervenir auprès de la police de Vérone mais sans aucune réponse à ce jour. Ce silence est pour le moins particulier et peu commercial. Les ZTL sont une bonne initiative car elles favorisent des visites de centres historiques dans de bonnes conditions, cependant il est anormal qu'EXPEDIA ne fournisse pas ces informations pour réserver en toute connaissance des contraintes. Quant au silence de l'hôtelier......

Un cadre et un hôte parfaits!
Dans une maison datant du 11e siècle (mais parfaitement rénové), le propriétaire Ivano nous accueille, à 2 pas du Ponte Pietra. L'emplacement est parfait, la chambre impeccable, le petit déjeuner excellent et varié (merci à la femme d'Ivano pour les gâteaux faits maison). Bref, un séjour parfait et un hôte très agréables, qui donne d'excellentes indications pour découvrir sa ville. Vivement recommandé!

The location was excellent, and the hosts were accommodating and informative. The in-room breakfast was very good for Italy (fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, yogurt and granola, and a small sandwich). It was a bit difficult to drive to using Google Maps and Apple Maps, as you must enter by crossing the Garibaldi bridge or you will get lost in a maze of one-way streets and pedestrian traffic. However, once you are in, you are walking distance to mosts everything in Verona. Free Parking is about 350M away from the Relais, which was about a 5-minute gentle uphill walk. We highly recommend this property, and would happily stay here again!

Ivano, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He gave us a full introduction to the hotel and the wonderful top-floor suite, plus he recommended a route to see a number of key sites and views which was most helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the fruit salad, granola and yogurt. The internal lift meant minimal stairs, which was very useful for us. All in all, a brilliant holiday and we can thoroughly recommend the Relais A Ponte Pietra.

Struttura eccezionale! Posizione centrale frontale a ponte Vecchio. Albergatore gentilissimo e preparatissimo sulla città. Si è offerto di spiegarci e offrirci la mappa di Verona e dei punti da visitare nonché le strade da percorrere per riuscire a vedere più attrazioni possibili in una brevissima giornata. Vogliamo parlare delle camere? Pulite, profumate e veramente meravigliose, arredate con gusto ed eleganza. Anche il resto della struttura si presenta curato e pulito. Colazione abbondante servita in camera comprensiva di dolce e salato. Bollitore con the in camera e biscotti con acqua minerale il tutto incluso nella quota del pernottamento. Da pagare subito la tassa dell’albergo di 1,50 a persona al giorno. Più scomodo in auto in quanto è una zona a traffico limitato . Al costo di 15 euro al giorno l’ albergatore ci ha offerto il suo box ma in zona si trovano altri parcheggi a pagamento. Per il resto tutto fantastico e veramente consigliassimo! Ne terrò in considerazione qualora tornassi a Verona centro!

Relais a Ponte Petra was so beautiful, we stayed in the Suite and it is immaculate. Located in the heart of all the attractions. Wonderful Hotel!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The hospitality Ivano showed was amazing! The room (suite) is beautifully appointed and spacious! The breakfast was fantastic as well... exactly what one needs before starting the day's activities. The location is perfect... walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. And don't worry about parking. It is provided right in front of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Modern amenities in a a 14th century building that is feet from the spectacular Ponte Pietro. Clean, beautiful, quiet and a comfy bed with pressed linens. Ivano is both hotelier and a walking Wikipedia. What a find this one was.

Great suite in great location
Ivano was a great host and we were able to park right in front of the property! The location is great and allows access to bridge, river and centre of the city. We stayed at the suite, so if you are taller than 1.8m be mindful of your head in the bathroom. The room was big and as shown in the pictures!

Watch out with parking
The place is nice, AC works well, breakfast outstanding. Parking is totally miss stated as "free parking on premises" as there was no such thing. The establishment charged 15 EU per day for a small garage, with cars also parked in front of the door by permission from establishment. The top floor suite is very comfortable and spacious, lots of storage space. Bathroom marginal. toiletries marginal. Service excellent.

Rooms were beautiful and a lovely breakfast was delivered on a tray to us every morning. Mini fridge with water and coke, plus coffee, tea, and snacks were all provided as well. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again when in Verona.
