Both the bed and the sofa are in the same room. The apartment has a surface of 50 m2 plus 25m2 of private terrace with outside table and chairs. Independent heating system. We are also going to install an air-conditioning: it will be operational from June 2019\. The bathroom is with a bidet and shower. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, German coffee machine and Italian espresso machine and a kettle. You may park the car on the street (fees apply during the day, free of charge at night) or in an underground parking at 5 minutes walking distance. Bus and bike rentals are very near. The apartment is just a ten minutes walk from famous Piazza Erbe, the very heart of Verona! Very clean and comfortable; perfect for a couple. About 15 min walk to old town; 40 min walk to train station. Had some issues with automated entry system but Andreas was immediately receptive. The virtual key is only automated at 3pm; if you arrive earlier be sure to contact the host. Roman amphitheatre about half a block away; funicular to top of hill about 5 min walk from apartment.
