Room was small but clean and lovely. Everyone was pet friendly. Only objection we had was that several of the outlets would not charge our phones, although we found that worked well enough. The breakfast selection and eating area is lovely, with very attentive staff and a good selection of food. The receptionist we dealt with, Norman, was very helpful and was happy to go above and beyond when neede.
