Great hotel in Verona near the hospital
Very cute boutique hotel. A little cafe/bar is very convenient and the private patio makes it feel more secluded even though on a very busy street.

Verona stop over
Hotel out of main town centre but reception very helpful in ordering a taxi which took a couple of minutes to appear, cost about €5 to Roman Theatre. There is a bus stop opposite but we were short of time. Small restaurant on site, we had a very modern room with a great shower. This little hotel was a good find and good value.

Good for short trips.
Good hotel for short business trips, clean, good heating, great service, and the cafeteria good coffees and pastries. Need probably new beds, they are a bit old and tired, which can be unconfortable to sleep.

Very nice and clean family hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at Fontana, the hotel is well kept, clean and with nice staff. The only downside is the distance from the city center.

Fantastic family run hotel
I loved this hotel. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rooms are great value particularly during the festival season, are airconditioned and most rooms are away from the main road. The hotel is a little way out from the centre but buses are plentiful and taxis inexpensive. The menu for lunch is simple providing good value salads for a few euros.

Good position for visiting Verona centre and Arena
Lovely stay. A mile from the old centre but on the bus route if it's too hot to walk. Another 15 minutes to the Arena. Very helpful family hotel. We had a room with a shady balcony. No breakfast, but coffee and brioche from the bar. We loved it.

Good value
This was a little further from old Verona than I was expecting, but it was a pleasant walk. Although some of the staff didn't speak English they were extremely friendly and helpful, so it was a nice quiet place to come back to after the very crowded streets of the centre. Accommodation is not luxurious but very clean. If I didn't want a more central location I would go there again.

Hotel Fontana
The hotel is situated in a residential area of Verona which is a short bus ride into the city or a long walk if you're fit enough. The surrounding area is clean and litter free. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.The cafe is open all day and sells a limited amount of food but it's good quality and reasonably priced. There is a nice outside area to eat and drink. The room was really modern with en-suite faciilities. Bedding and towels were changed every day. Couldn't fault it.

Assolutamente consigliato!
L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione. Si raggiunge tutto con 15/20 minuti a piedi e per chi non volesse camminare c’è la fermata dell’autobus proprio di fronte l’ingresso della struttura. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Proprio la struttura in generale è davvero molto carina. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Noi personalmente abbiamo avuto una piccola disavventura e si sono immediatamente adoperati per aiutarci. Assolutamente consigliato!

Gute Lage, 15-20 min mit Fahrrad bis Zentrum, gibt Bäckerei und Supermarkt in der nähe -Fahrrad-Verleih nur 2 Stunden konstenlos -Jacuzzi defekt -Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis knapp genügend, also für 3 Sterne und keine Extras relativ teuer -Parking kostet extra freundliche Personal -abgesehen von Ameisenbefall, ziemlich sauber

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, camere spaziose e pulite a pochi passi dall’ospedale, in circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge anche il centro storico. Unico consiglio l’aggiunta di un eventuale frigobar all’interno delle camere. Comunque struttura consigliata!

Super fint hotel
Super fint lille hotel tæt på Verona. Vi gik ind til centrum og hjem igen, men der er busser lige udenfor døren. Fine værelser og rigtig hyggelig lille gårdhave med jacuzzi.

Je ne trouve pas son commentaire très correct puisqu'il ne s'est même pas identifié. Si vous avez trouvé un hôtel 2 étoiles, je ne vois pas pourquoi il a préféré notre hôtel aux autres. merci quand même pour votre commentaire que je trouve à quel point hors de propos en tant que score. I don't find his review very correct since he hasn't even identified himself. If you have found a 2-star hotel, I don't see why it has preferred our hotel to others. thanks anyway for your review which I find to how much out of place as a score. Non trovo molto corretta la sua recensione visto che non si è nemmeno identificata . Se ha trovato un hotel 2 stelle caro non vedo perchè ha preferito la nostra struttura ad altre . grazie comunque per la sua recensione che trovo al quanto fuori luogo come punteggio .

Enkelt, men trivelig hotell 2-3 km utenfor Gamlebyen. Busstopp rett utenfor døren. Sykler til utlån. Ekstremt god service. Støy fra hovedveien.

No supermarkets nearby, bus stop is just ahead the hotel.Street sounds are coming to the rooms.Really noisy!! Take your earplugs with you.Nothing to see near the hotel, so needs to go to the town.

visite de Verona
Arrivé le jeudi matin 1h plus tôt que le check-in, mais nous on quand même donné la chambre. Ensuite direction le centre-ville pour la visite de Verona. Très belle ville et beaucoup de choses à voir. Possibilité de faire quasiment tout à pied.

Rommet er av god standard, virker å være relativt nytt, og rensligheten er godt ivaretatt. Hotellet befinner seg 20-30 minutters gange utenfor Verona sentrum. Bussen tar deg raskere dit (ca 15 min), og stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Den går også til sentralstasjonen (transportmulighetene er altså gode).

Över all förväntan av ett tvåstjärnigt hotell
Mysigt. Renligt, trevlig personal, rymligt. Rummen ligger runt en fin innergård. Buss gick hela vägen fram till hotellet från Verona Porta Nuova (tågstationen). Gångavstånd (ca 25 min) till Arena di Verona.

Good price/value ratio. Good proximity (10 min walk to the city center). Longer shower curtains would be good to avoid soaking the bathroom while taking shower. Very friendly and helping staff. Overall impression: very good.

zum Zentrum kann man mit dem Bus fahren, auch wieder zurück, nur nachts nach dem Arena-Besuch wird es schwieriger. Auch zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Gerade im Sommer, wenn die Vorstellungen in der Arena sind, eine relativ preisgünstige Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

trés bon séjoour dans cel hotel avec toutes les commodités,trés propre et le personnel aimable.en plus il y a un parking en principe 10 euros la journée mais nous ils nous ont pas fait payer et cela est pratique car le centre historique est à 20 minutes à pied.le seul bémol c'est le bruit de la circulation de la rue mais sinon trés bien
