This 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom; 2 car garage home is nestled in a quite Vero Beach neighborhood. This split floor plan home offers an immediate cozy feeling after walking in! The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. This home has a living room, family room, dining room and nook with a spacious kitchen which offers alot of space for a 3 bedroom house. This home has a washer and dryer on the property. The master bathroom has a shower and double sinks. The second bathroom has a tub. This spacious home gives you lots of space to move around comfortably. This home has a screened in front patio and large back patio that is backed up to a small drainage for privacy. We offer keyless entry which gives you the convenience of a hassle free entry.
Our home is suitable for families with children, businesses travelers and couples. We offer a simple work station for convenience. Traveling with children? No worries, we provide a stroller and and pack n play for your convenience. Stay with us where your comfort is priority!

Great place for a family

We stayed here while visiting my parents for a week with our two young children. We mostly used it as a place to sleep but it was clean and quiet and on a nice street, very centrally located and close to the beach and stores! Would stay again!

Great property for a family

My husband and his two brothers with their wives stayed in the house for a few days. It was perfect for us. Very comfortable with spacious dining and family rooms where we could hang out together. The only thing I recommend is maybe some basic condiments and kitchen supplies for those who like to cook and eat in and potentially more bathroom essentials such as shower gel, shampoo. What was provided was not enough for six people. But overall, it is a great stay.

Overall a decent property. There were issues that were resolved. The property manager took care of most of them. Two bathrooms. One with tub that was badly worn n stained There’s only one TV in for the large house. Microwave vent fan n light over stove does It was replaced with a small table microwave. Manager did bring over new pots and pans with kitchen tool set. . No bowls to make salads or mix anything in. No cookie sheet, there is a small countertop barbecue grill in garage that you have to get on the floor to use outside. Beds, furniture were comfortable. It was nice having a separate kitchen table and dining room table. Neighborhood was quiet n safe. The fees for ckeaning were $160 were high compared to other vrbo I’ve stayed at. I felt things could have been cleaner in kitchen cupboards Felt it’s wrong to require guests to pay fee for insurance. It should be refundable. Overall it’s a nice property for a large family.

Clean with plenty of space

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean. It had enough space with several couches and dining tables. 2 bathrooms was nice. I'd suggest there be night lights available or else bring some if your family needs them. Thanks!

The host was very attentive! The garage worked out very nicely as its almost impossible to find one! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Near a Publix and shopping. The house is just Ok definitely not Excellent. Its an older home but affordable.

We had a great time. We stayed here because we had some friends getting married nearby. Property owner was responsive and reasonable with us. I appreciated the hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if more people got married in the area in the future.

The house was very clean when we got there. However we did have to go buy wash rags because there wasn’t enough for the 4 of us. The house itself was a gorgeous house. The location however wasn’t the greatest. The street the house was located on was nice but less than 2 mins away was an awful area. If the house was in a different location I would definitely come back.
