The location of this first floor condo is perfect with the beautiful green of the first tee on the golf course and a fountain as your view. A screened patio is great for the morning coffee or the glass of wine or iced tea in the early evening. Just steps beyond the patio is a new resort-style pool and kiddie pool. The stylish clubhouse offers a fitness center, areas for card games and board games. This condo offers a beautiful kitchen, a very tastefully designed bathroom plus an extra sink and vanity in the dressing area . There' s plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen for you and your guests. For your entertainment there are games, 2 remote TVs, and Wi-fi to stay in touch.
