Equipped with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a Twin Sleeper Sofa, paddle fans and NEW Flat Screen TV in Living Room and Bedrooms. Premium TV package provided by owner. The entire condo is tiled throughout. This suite is situated on the ground floor for easy access and spectacular tropical views of our fish filled ponds and a meandering bridge for your viewing please. Great location.

The property was definitely updated between the full bathroom and the kitchen. The view outside was very nice. A great screened in patio where we always ate breakfast. We felt the bedroom should only have one bed, because of the size of the room. They say it sleeps 7!!!! That’s ridiculous with one bathroom. Not enough bowls and coffee mugs. A very tight set up with the sink, dishwasher and oven all in the corner. Sorry to say….. none of the bar stools or chairs were comfortable for sitting and eating. Having some games would be nice for rainy days. In the information nothing is said about a VRBO fee AND a Coldwell Banker fee… that’s double charging. The no-see-ums were horrible from day one. Information and preventive care about them would be helpful. A very nice place for 2 people. Thank you

Nice Property But…

The condo was very nice. We have been coming to Ocean Village for 8 years. Thought the property was strictly a VRBO rental, received the rental documentation from Caldwell Banker and questioned why they were in the picture . OV stated they, Caldwell Banker, were the property manager, resulting in our paying a VRBO fee plus Caldwell Banker fees. So be careful! That was an expense and aggravation that we did not need.

Pool rules

Not for families. They are extremely strict in the pools. My wife and I as well as our kids weren’t allowed to do anything but wade through the pools at ocean village. If you splash, even on accident, security would show up or the pool police would blow their whistles. A bit ridiculous. Not even a small ball to play with. And heaven forbid you touch the rope to go underneath… crazy. Condo was nice.

Would not rent anything offered through Caldwell Banker

The property and location were very nice but I would not rent anything that is offered by Caldwell Banker. We checked in after their offices were closed and were told our key would be at the security office. It was not and there was no one to answer a after hours call. After trying for more than a hour to reach someone, we decided to go to a hotel for the night. Finally after 11pm, my husband got a call from the agent and was told they forgot to drop off the key and he had his phone off when we were trying to call. Very unprofessional in my opinion as well as not having any back up number.

Great 9 hole Course.

Clean and comfortable bed and furniture. Great par three golf right outside your door and very inexpensive. Miles and miles of bike paths. The hole property is well cared for. Quite and relaxing atmosphere.
