Situated minutes from the waterfront, enjoy walking to 4 waterfront restaurants, 6+ additional restaurants, shops and boat/jet ski/paddle bike/paddle board rentals. This cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen and laundry room. There are two homes on the property with plenty of parking. There is a gas grill, outdoor shower and an outdoor table and seating for four. The owner's home is located behind the guest cottage and the owner uses the driveway to access the home (by foot). A pet is welcome under 50 lbs with payment of pet fee at booking. This property was a short, couple minute walk to the waterfront. Many restaurant choices within walking distance. The owners thought of everything when setting up the cottage, you have everything you need and want down to the smallest detail. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking/grilling was a breeze. We spent a lot of time on the outside covered patio. It is within 5miles of downtown Stuart and a short drive to the beach. Elliott museum was a fun day trip and right on the beach. Parks and trails nearby also. We were there two weeks and still didn’t get to do everything we wanted. The area offers so much. Highly recommend.
