Staff member very, very friendly and accommodating. Like the shuttle service that was provided. Property was old and the room and bathrom had hairs from previous guest. Needs to be up graded

The room was extremely humid all if our clothes that were in our suitcases were damp. The tin had a mild stench to it. However, our flight was canceled so we had to take a next day flight and stayed the night at city walk Hilton and I have 0 complaints!

Ok so my first stay was 5/5 but the reason this stay was 4 stars was because #1. My floor was vibrating at times? I was in room 449 and it felt like I was on an airplane which made me a bit nauseas. It would come and go... #2 the bottom of my the tub in the shower was peeling and I almost cut my foot on it... I would still stay here again those are probably one-off things.

Room was not even close to a 350 room A night, poor finish work, cracks all over , grout missing from tiles and tables weren’t clean, nasty balcony with view of nasty roof , room 247 , not well maintained as far as the paint calk and furniture is run down, this is the worst looking room I stayed in for this kind of money. Last time I stayed here the room they gave us was much better, nicer and finished.

This property is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant serves a great breakfast. I never had a such a beautiful presentation for breakfast. We love Hilton hotels.

Johnny (John) the shuttle bus driver was awesome. Very caring and accommodating to my luggage issue at airport..Jennifer the waitress in restaurant was very friendly and had tge best humor. The cheese burger was one of the best plain burger I've had in a while. Fries were plentiful and good as well. I didn't notice in any other restaurants in immediate area; therefore, the hotel restaurant is only choice. Overall staff was very accommodating but the hotel room need major upgrade. Quite old and run down in some areas.

The hotel was very nice and, for the price the beds and shower were great. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and the food was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall experience is not that great for the price
I didn't feel it's worth the price that I paid. Hotels like Wyndham which charges around 80-90$ is better compared to this.. Hilton has Just 50sqft more for rooms compared to smaller hotels and rest everything is almost same. Some sewage smell was coming in bathroom when I flushed.

Could have, should have been better.
Unfortunately, our stay was less than satisfactory. As a Hilton Honors Member, I will be reconsidering my current membership. Daily housekeeping was advertised, yet multiple requests to the front desk for room cleaning, towels, toilet paper were not fruitful. I was told that, because of the holiday, staff was greatly reduced therefore impacting customer care. I had to bring garbage to the front desk just to empty it and make space after 3 days. I mentioned to the front desk that, being in the customer business, we are sure our clients are our first priority by working overtime if labor is an issue. I received a shoulder shrug...... The Customer Care texts stopped once I responded with an unhappy response and a picture of an overflowing garbage can next to the toilet...
