Unfortunately, our stay was less than satisfactory. As a Hilton Honors Member, I will be reconsidering my current membership. Daily housekeeping was advertised, yet multiple requests to the front desk for room cleaning, towels, toilet paper were not fruitful. I was told that, because of the holiday, staff was greatly reduced therefore impacting customer care. I had to bring garbage to the front desk just to empty it and make space after 3 days.
I mentioned to the front desk that, being in the customer business, we are sure our clients are our first priority by working overtime if labor is an issue. I received a shoulder shrug......
The Customer Care texts stopped once I responded with an unhappy response and a picture of an overflowing garbage can next to the toilet...
