Living room sofa pulls out to sleep 2 if needed. We are following guidelines recommended by VRBO and developed in conjunction with the CDC. We're using disinfectant, spraying the air ducts, changing the filters and disinfecting surfaces that are touched. The house is thoroughly opened to air out and "rest" between guests. The home is on a dead end street right on the waterway within 10 minutes of Sandsprit Park with boat ramps with direct access to the intracoastal waterway and minutes to the Stuart Inlet. Close to parks and beaches. Pet friendly. 55" new Smart TV, internet and wi-fi connected and 32" TV in master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer in laundry room ( detergent provided). Comfortable beds and fine linens make you feel like you're staying at a 5 star resort. We provide extra toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products. Just pack your bags and you can just relax. We also provide beach chairs and towels for your trip to the beach. Large screened in porch to entertain family and friends. Two, men and woman’s bike, provided which you can ride to Maggy's Hammock Park with hiking trails and swings for kids. Mid-Rivers park is also a 5 minute drive away with fishing piers and a view of the Intracoastal waterway. The house is well-equipped and spacious. The showers have great (almost too great) water pressure, which I loved but it was a little too much for the kids. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, but the neighbors are a bit nosey. I would not plan on sleeping on the pull-out couch, so make sure your party will fit in the three standard beds. There are lots of extra pillows & blankets, and ample closet space. We left behind something important and Sally called to tell me she was mailing it to me. I thought that was incredibly kind! I'm not one to give a "perfect" score, so to speak, however, in this case, I am happy to. We were in town from out of state for a family wedding. In addition to my wife and I, two of my older sisters, one brother-in-law and my parents stayed with us. The house was perfect. It is a beautiful, 3-bedroom ranch. Check in was extremely easy. Quiet neighborhood, the lanai is very cozy, but not small. The owner, Sally, was very accommodating. We did have a ceiling fan that wasn't working, and she had it replaced immediately. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The area is plentiful with a variety of restaurants, including seafood. There were tour boat rides available, deep-sea fishing, lots going on. Beaches were only 15 minutes away. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the Stuart/Port Salerno area of Florida. It truly does deserve a five stars rating. This is a well kept home.The lanai is so nice. It is close to restaurants ,walking distance to Twin Rivers Park along the Intercoastal Waterway, 20 minutes to Hobe Sound Beach. The owner remedied this within hours. The home was just what we wanted - the lanai was great for mornings and outside lunch. The home was spacious, well decorated and had so many nice staples to utilize while we were there (detergent, trash bags, beach chairs, seasonings for cooking, etc). The neighborhood is really quiet and it’s only a short walk or run to 2 parks. We enjoyed finding all kinds of birds, lizards and other wildlife on the island as well. I would definitely stay at this property again. ##### heather m. The screened in patio was a highlight for me. We went to the parks in the neighborhoods which were perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood not far from Dixie Hwy.
