"Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. "

"This condo is spotless, spacious and conveniently located to all that we needed in Sarasota. There was plenty of room for myself and two busy kids who frequented the pool that was steps away. We had a lovely week. Eva was very accommodating when we needed a little help with the remote control for our television. She's very attentive. You will not be disappointed with this property. "The room is clean. We have an issue with the bathroom/shower. I don't know who designed this shower area, but it is bad. The glass panel to cover the shower area only covers about 2/3; as a result, every time we shower, the water just splashes all over the bathroom area. If you shower for more than 10-15 minutes, it is literally the water flooded the bathroom floor. It is so bad that each person wasted 2-3 bath towels to dry up the bathroom floor."
