Very friendly staff, made me feel welcomed when I came to check in, room was clean, and they offered me new towels and to take the trash out even tho I had an extra night to stay

While the room is secure, the location was both good and not so good. Close to the highway, it was fairly easy to get to, but the neighborhood was also older, and the city would be smart to spend some funds to revitalize the area.

I checked into this hotel and within an hour, I checked back out. I was not reimbursed any money even though I never stayed overnight. This hotel was very smelly, dingy and couldn't stay any longer than the hour I was there. I ended up finding another hotel to stay in overnight. I also had to wait app. 10 minutes for someone to help me after I ran the bell for service. I would not recommend this hotel!

It smelled really bad. The couch had lots of stains and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The whole room smelled really gross.

It would have better if I hadn’t left my headset behind in the room and when I called the front desk they denied having it so I lost a 300 ph headset thst the cleaning staff must have taken but I guess it was my fault for leaving it behind

Stay somewhere else.
Very old and dated, very dirty, smells bad. Poor lighting in the parking lot and doorways. The free breakfast was a waffle maker, coffee, juice, processed muffins. The chair in the room was in such poor condition that we put a towel on it before sitting down.

Bedbugs! We were laying in bed about to fall asleep when my husband saw a bug on his pillow, it was a bed bug. I took the bug in a cup to the front desk and showed the front desk employee the bed bug and she just kept saying that the pest control came 2 days ago. I told her we were not staying and she would not give me a refund. I attempted to get a refund through orbitz and they would not refund either, since the property would not approve the refund. We spent 2 hours in the hotel before leaving. Not to mention the drunk man passed out in the lobby when we left.

Hello, Thank you very much for your business and wrote about difficulty of Bed-Bug issue. If you want to see the receipt of pest control monthly service we are more than happy to provide. Upon check out we went in the room checked everything out but we haven't find anything related bedbug at all. The same room we rented in past and rented to the other gust after your stay as well. We haven't heard any complaint from any body yet. Again, If you think it was inconvenience, We heartily saying sorry for that. See us again on your next visit of town.

Hello Gail, Sorry about inconvenience on there was no body at the desk. There is phone at the desk to call front desk person. Front desk person may be went to check rooms or help some other guest in the room if they are having any difficulty. There are so many reason why desk person was not at lobby. Again, Sorry about the inconvenience of no front desk person was present at he desk on your arrival.
