Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We are trying to figure out where the smell is coming from , we have checked all of our sources and have determined it is not coming from any of them. We strongly beleive it is coming in from the outside.
Room was not completely cleaned prior to my arrival - 2 bathing suits were left in the bathroom and there was garbage in the coffee station cupboards from previous guests. I flagged this with housekeeping and they were very responsive and apologetic.

Rooms were tidied and garbage dumped for first 3 days. Beds were also made. Last two days with shift change rooms were not cleaned, garbage was not dumped and beds were in same state as we left them in the morning later the same day.

The room was not that clean. Lots of hair on the bathroom floor and tub. Garbage on in the closet . Hot tub was dirty. Stave was very nice. Breakfast was great

This is not my first stay here but will always stay here when in Wainwright. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were attending a funeral and they happily assisted by storing flowers in their cooler. We had some issues with the A/C and they were quick to come and fix the problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A lovely place to stay.

As we had arrived and were checking in we were told that the pool and the hot tub were un operational. These were factors in booking the room over a month in advance. We asked for a discount as these services were not available. No discount could be provided so we decided to look elsewhere at another hotel.
We went to a competitor that had hot tub and pool service. We explained our plight. The competitor not only provided a significant discount but also provided a Hot Tub Suite. The pool and main hot tub facilities were great.
Ramada should have contacted us prior to our arrival if they knew their pool and hot tub did not work.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you were caused, the pool issue was an unforeseeable problem caused by burst pipes a few days before your arrival. I spoke with my team as you most definitely been given a discount and we too could have upgraded you to a hot tub suite. Great stay! We came to wainwright to visit family they allowed my family to come to the hotel and have supper in the breakfast dining room area instead of crowding in our room. Rooms are large and spacious and pool is great.
