This large, modern, and beautiful terraced house named "Limon" offers a delightful two-story vacation rental in the El Vergel resort. It boasts a shared swimming pool, outdoor shower, and terrace, as well as private amenities such as a terrace, garden furniture, and on-premises parking. With Internet WiFi and a prime location just 600 meters from the sea and beach, this property provides a comfortable and convenient base for your holiday in Denia, Spain.

Take advantage of the shared swimming pool, measuring 13 x 7 meters with a depth ranging from 110 to 210 centimeters, and enjoy its seasonal availability throughout the year (January 1 to December 31). Relax on the terrace or refresh under the outdoor shower. The private terrace, complete with garden furniture, offers a serene outdoor space for your enjoyment.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 3-room terraced house with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels. The spacious and bright property features beautiful and modern furnishings. On the main level, there is a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, leading out to the terrace. One bedroom on this level has a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this floor. The upper level houses another bedroom with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a fan, along with an additional shower room with a toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and heating are available to maintain the desired temperature. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and a television for entertainment. Additional amenities consist of an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. A reserved parking space is also included for your convenience.
