Private: terrace, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant, bar 350 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 1.6 km, ferry 1.3 km, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Casa Linda", 3-room terraced house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), fan.
