A modern semi-detached house "Brezza di Lago" offers a vacation rental with two apartments. It boasts a convenient location just 200 meters from the center of Verceia, Italy, and features amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and parking. The property is situated in a residential district, only 5 meters from the lake and in a cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful setting for your stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities for recreation near this vacation rental. The property is just a short walk from a pebble beach in Verceia, about 150 meters away, as well as a sandy beach called "Lago di Como: Spiaggia 'La Punta'" at a distance of 9 kilometers. Additionally, hiking trails like Sentiero Roma, Sentiero Italia, and Pian di Spagna are easily accessible from the property.  
  
Other Information  
For convenience, there is a shop located 450 meters from the property, and a supermarket can be found within 3 kilometers. The Verceia railway station is just 1 kilometer away, while an outdoor swimming pool is 12 kilometers away, and an indoor swimming pool is 16 kilometers away. You will be staying in a 6-room semi-detached house that covers an area of 190 square meters across three levels. The layout features an open living/sleeping room with a sliding door, panoramic window, one double sofabed, and satellite TV. There is one double bedroom with a bidet, separate toilet, and shower. Another double bedroom is also present. The large, open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is a shower area with a bidet and toilet. The underfloor heating system ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the property. On the upper floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a dining table and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the terrace. There is also one double bedroom with a shower and toilet. The open kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Another shower and toilet can be found on this floor. The top floor, accessible via an open staircase, features an open room with sloping ceilings, two single beds, and one double bed. This level also benefits from underfloor heating.

During your vacation stay, you will have access to a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The property boasts a large terrace, a spacious garden with a lawn, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and eight deck chairs.
