The residence La Collina consists of two buildings divided into several apartments and an apartment next to the pool. The apartment Pera is located on the ground floor of the pink house, has a partial lake view and is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower with every comfort to make a person with a wheelchair independent, bright and comfortable living area and a delightful private garden.  
All apartments have a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden with the fabulous panoramic infinity pool makes you feel in a little corner of paradise in complete relaxation and after a swim you can delight yourself with a barbecue party in the nearby barbecue area.  
The property has several common areas including: panoramic infinity pool, parking, barbecue area, bike shelter area, outdoor and indoor play area, large garden and laundry.
