Residenza Isolino is a child-friendly residence with two storeys and 28 apartments. It offers a shared fenced property with a terraced garden lawn, a kidney-shaped fenced swimming pool (250 m2, depth 40 - 130 cm, seasonal availability from May 4th to September 15th, pool opening hours: 11:00-18:00), table tennis, and a children's playground. Amenities include Internet Wi-Fi, parking, an EV charging station, and an installment plan option for your vacation rental. The residence is located in Fontodoce, Verbania, Italy, just 200 meters from the center and 1.5 km from the lake.  
  
Outdoors  
The residence features a shared terraced garden lawn and a kidney-shaped fenced swimming pool (250 m2, depth 40 - 130 cm) that is available seasonally from May 4th to September 15th, with pool opening hours from 11:00 to 18:00. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as table tennis and a children's playground within the property.

Private mooring is available upon request (extra charge). The main road is 50 meters from the property.

You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that is 28 square meters in size and has a south-facing position. The apartment is suitable for accommodating 2 adults and 1 child. It features a practical furnishing arrangement, including 1 room with 2 beds measuring 85 cm. The kitchen/living room area is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a sofa bed. This space also has a satellite TV and access to international TV channels. There is an exit to the balcony from the kitchen/living room.

The apartment comes with a shower/WC, heating system, and a balcony with balcony furniture. You will enjoy a view of the lake from the balcony. Additional amenities provided include a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (available at an extra cost).
